INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

How to prepare a poster
The posters must be displayed in the poster area and if possible remain until the end of the Conference. Poster left behind the “Closing ceremony” will be discarded by Secretariat.
The size of the poster should be 1.30 m in height and 0.80 m in width. The text of the poster should include the title, author or authors and their affiliation.
The text should be of sufficient size that the poster can be read from a minimum distance of one meter. Results can be presented using graphs and pictures, again bearing in mind the minimum viewing distance.
Pins for putting up posters are provided in the poster area by the Secretariat
There will be a poster session organized on Friday morning.
